Students focused on maintaining and improving their personal selves so they can deal better with life. Students focused on four aspects: body, brain, heart and soul. For the body, it is important to exercise, eat healthy, sleep well, and relax. As for the brain, reading, writing and learning improves one's mental dimension. Building relationships, giving service, and laughing can improve one's heart. And lastly, meditating, praying, journaling, and watch quality media can improve one's soul. In other words, we get out of our body, brain, heart and soul what we put into it!
